A Singer / Songwriter by nature, Shannon Marsyada began cultivating her craft at the early age of 13. To her she was able to bring her feelings to audible life in her music.
A year later Shannon embarked on recording her first album titled simply "Me". Soon after she began working on he second album "Remember Today" which was titled and inspired by a poem her brother had written months prior to his passing. It was this album that she soon realized her music can touch others the way it did her. The track "These Years" from that album would later be used by her Hometown's Graduating Class in 1997.
Over the course of the next several years Shannon continued to write and find inspiration in the world around her. In 2008 she began her next project with the assistance of her husband Michael and Producer Bruce Barre Shannon began the production of "The Ends Of Me" which was completed in it's entirety in Bruce's home studio located in Northeast Pa. "The Ends Of Me" was Shannon's debut as a full producer. Her track submission to Northeast PA DJ Alan K Stout's Music is still a featured song. Shannon began getting air time on many of the college radio stations
"For You" would be the fourth album featuring the "Shannon Marsyada Trio". Again she would experience notoriety in 2011 when track "Where Dreams Come From" would be recognized by the New York Songwriters Hall of Fame. She would win placement that year on their annual New Writers album.

Recently Shannon united the trio again and began work on her next album which has been a request of many of her fans for many years. Later this year Shannon will complete her much anticipated Christmas album. Join her and the trio for an unforgettable holiday experience.
When asked what she enjoyed most during each process she said, " Every endeavor is an adventure all it's own. One of my favorite parts of the process, is to not only see the songs take their own life but also to experience and hear the evolution of the music throughout the project."
